How Will Armando Cirillo & Co Keep Your Personal Information Secure?

We have security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of the Information under its control. These measures include:

  1. We conduct our business from a secure office – a security pass is required so unauthorised persons cannot enter.
  1. Data protection software is installed on our office computers. This includes Anti-Virus software on the servers and workstations, Anti-Spam on the Cloud server, Firewall (Cisco 887). Monthly Windows updates are conducted on the servers and workstations.
  1. Clauses are included in employee agreements ensuring confidentiality of any personal information held by us, including the disclosure of client names.
  1. The obligation of staff to continue to exercise confidentiality regarding client information once ceasing employment with us, as per our employee terms and conditions.
  1. Conducting staff training and workplace policies regarding the handling of personal information.
  1. All draft /unused paperwork in the office is disposed of securely in locked security bins.

Correcting and Updating Your Personal Information

Armando Cirillo & Co gives you the following options for accessing and modifying Information previously provided:

  1. You may gain access to Information that Armando Cirillo & Co has collected about you by contacting the person named below. All requests must be in writing. We will not charge you for responding to such a request, unless we incur costs in providing the information.
